This policy explains what information bmslabsresearch.com collects, why, and what choices you have.
Information you give us. When you create an account or place an order we collect your name, email address, shipping address and the contents of your order. When you use the contact form we collect your name, email address and the message you send.
Payment information. We do not collect or store card numbers or bank details — this site accepts digital currency only. What we retain is the transaction identifier and payment address associated with your order, which is necessary to confirm payment and resolve disputes. Blockchain transactions are public by their nature.
Lot release emails. If you sign up to be notified of new lots, we keep your email address, the date you signed up and the page you signed up on. We use it only to send those notices. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to delete your address at info@bmslabsresearch.com.
Information collected automatically. Our host records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) for security and troubleshooting. If you choose to allow analytics (see Cookies below), we also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site — which pages are viewed, how visitors arrive and roughly where they are located. IP addresses are shortened before storage. We do not use advertising pixels, remarketing or cross-site advertising tracking.
Cookies. We use cookies that are necessary for the site to work — keeping you signed in, remembering your cart, and recording that you have acknowledged the research-use notice. Analytics cookies from Google Analytics are set only if you select “Accept” on the cookie notice; if you select “Decline”, no analytics script is loaded. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser, after which the notice appears again. Google’s use of this data is described in its own privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
We use this information to process and ship your orders, to answer your inquiries, to maintain your account, to detect fraud and abuse, and to meet our record-keeping obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
We share information only with parties who need it to fulfil your order: our shipping carrier, our web host, and our email provider. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights. We do not otherwise share, rent or sell customer data.
Order and transaction records are retained for seven years, consistent with ordinary business record-keeping practice. Account information is kept until you ask us to delete it. Contact-form messages are kept for two years.
You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by writing to info@bmslabsresearch.com. Residents of California and of other states with comprehensive privacy laws have additional rights, including the right to know what we collect and the right to request deletion; we honour these requests from all customers regardless of location, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising them.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 years of age.
Traffic to this site is encrypted in transit. Access to customer records is limited to personnel who need it. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We will post any changes to this policy on this page with an updated date. Questions: info@bmslabsresearch.com
