What Happens After You Place an Order
Every step of a crypto-paid order: the 48-hour hold, sending payment on the right network, submitting the transaction ID, confirmation, next-business-day dispatch, tracking, and what to do if something goes wrong.

Ordering here works differently from a card checkout: payment is sent on-chain, and the order is held until that payment is confirmed. This page walks through every step, what we do at each one, and what happens if something goes wrong.
1. Checkout
Add what you need to the cart and go to checkout. You will be asked for a delivery address within the United States and an email address, then for the coin and network you want to pay with. No account is required; you can create one if you would rather have your orders in one place, but it changes nothing about the order itself.
The email address matters more than anything else on the form. It is where the payment instructions, the confirmation and the tracking number are sent. A typo there means you will not receive any of them.
2. The order is reserved for 48 hours
When you submit the order, the stock is set aside for you and you land on an order page showing the amount due, the wallet address and the network. The same details are emailed to you. If payment has not arrived within 48 hours, the order is cancelled automatically and the stock is released. You will get one reminder by email before that happens.
3. Sending payment
Send the equivalent of the US dollar total in the coin you chose, on the network shown on the order page. Two things are worth double-checking:
- The network. USDT and USDC exist on several networks, and coins sent on a network other than the one shown cannot be recovered.
- The amount. For coins whose price moves — BTC, ETH, SOL, TRX — convert at the rate at the moment you send. Stablecoins avoid that problem entirely, which is why most orders use them.
Our step-by-step payment guide covers the mechanics if this is your first time.
4. Telling us it is sent
On your order page, paste the transaction ID or upload a screenshot of the sent payment. This is what lets us match an incoming transaction to your order quickly. You will see a confirmation on the page once it is submitted, and we receive a notification at the same time.
5. Confirmation
We check the transaction on-chain. Once it has confirmed, the order moves to paid and you get a confirmation email. Confirmation time depends on the network, not on us: stablecoin transfers on TRON or Solana usually confirm in minutes, Bitcoin can take longer at busy times.
6. Dispatch and tracking
Orders ship from our US warehouse on the next business day after payment is confirmed, by USPS, within the United States only. US shipping is free with no minimum order. When the parcel goes out you get an email with the carrier and tracking number; the first carrier scan can take up to a business day to appear. Typical transit is three to seven business days.
7. Checking on an order at any time
Go to track your order and enter your order number and the email address you used. No account and no password needed. If you did create an account with the same email address, past orders appear under my account.
If something does not go to plan
- You sent the wrong amount. Reply to your order email with the transaction ID. An underpayment can usually be topped up; an overpayment is refunded or credited.
- You sent on the wrong network. Tell us straight away with the transaction ID. Recovery is often impossible, but it depends on the networks involved and it is worth checking rather than assuming.
- The order was cancelled before your payment arrived. Nothing is lost. Send us the transaction ID and we will either reinstate the order or refund it.
- The parcel is damaged or a vial arrives broken. Email us with photographs within the window set out in our shipping and returns terms.
What arrives with the order
The vials for the lot you were sent, with the lot number on the label. That lot number matches a third-party certificate published on our lab results page, with a link to verify it at the laboratory. Our guide on lot numbers and traceability explains how to tie the two together, and storage and handling covers what to do with the vials on arrival.
