Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of bmslabsresearch.com and your purchase of materials from BMS Labs (“BMS Labs”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Research use only

All materials sold by BMS Labs are supplied strictly for laboratory research and analytical reference. They are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements, cosmetics or medical devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and they are not for human or veterinary use, ingestion, injection or any form of in-vivo administration.

By placing an order you represent that you are a qualified researcher or are purchasing on behalf of a research institution, that you will handle the materials under appropriate laboratory controls, and that you will not resell or transfer them for human or animal consumption.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into a binding contract to purchase from this site. Orders that we believe are intended for human use may be cancelled without notice.

3. Product information and documentation

Purity figures, specifications and certificates of analysis published on this site reflect third-party testing of the identified lot. Documentation is published per lot on our Certificates of Analysis page. Material is supplied as described in its listing and its accompanying certificate; no other warranty, express or implied, is given.

4. Orders and pricing

Listing a product does not constitute an offer. We may decline or cancel any order, including for pricing errors, stock shortfalls, or where we have reason to believe the order conflicts with Section 1. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice.

5. Payment

Orders are settled in digital currency only. We accept Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Solana (SOL), TRON (TRX), and the stablecoins USDC and USDT on the networks shown at checkout. After placing an order you will be shown the payment address, the network and the exact amount; you send payment from your own wallet and submit confirmation, and your order is released once the transaction is confirmed on-chain.

Because digital-currency transactions are irreversible, you are responsible for sending the correct amount to the correct address on the correct network. Funds sent to a wrong address or on an unsupported network cannot be recovered by us. Underpaid and overpaid orders are handled as described in our Shipping & Returns policy.

6. Compliance

You are responsible for compliance with all laws and institutional requirements applicable to you, including controlled-substance, workplace-safety and waste-disposal rules in your jurisdiction. We ship within the United States only.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BMS Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the purchase, handling or use of its materials. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the material giving rise to the claim.

Because the materials are supplied for research use only, any loss arising from use inconsistent with Section 1 is excluded entirely.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date above reflects the current version; continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
