Wholesale and Bulk Orders

Bulk and reseller enquiries: what we document per lot, what to include in an enquiry, and how pricing and lot numbers are quoted before you commit.

Updated 15 October 2026

If you are buying for a group, reselling, or placing repeat orders, write to us here rather than ordering vial by vial through the catalogue. Tell us what you need and we will reply with pricing, availability and the documentation that comes with it.

Minimum order

30 units of a single product. A unit is one box as listed in the catalogue, so for RT10 — 10mg × 10 vials per box — the minimum is 30 boxes, 300 vials. The minimum applies per product rather than across the order, because pricing and lot allocation are done per compound.

We do not publish wholesale prices. Each enquiry is quoted for the quantity asked, and the quote names the lot numbers that would ship, so the certificates can be checked before anything is committed. Below the minimum there is nothing to arrange: the catalogue price stands and you can order through the site in the normal way, with free shipping and no minimum.

What we can document

  • A third-party certificate for every lot, published openly rather than sent on request: content per vial, HPLC purity where the lot was tested for it, and endotoxin where a separate analysis was run. See the lab results page.
  • A report number that resolves at the laboratory, so your own customers can check the figures against Janoshik rather than against you. See how verification works.
  • Lot numbers on the vial labels that match the published certificate, which is what makes traceability possible downstream. See lot numbers and traceability.
  • Plain statements where a lot was not tested for something, rather than a number carried over from a different lot.

For a reseller this matters more than the price per vial: it is the difference between telling your own buyers “it is tested” and handing them a report number they can look up themselves.

What to tell us

The more specific the enquiry, the more useful the reply. Helpful to include:

  • Products and quantities — by product code is easiest, for example RT10 × 30 boxes (300 vials).
  • Whether this is a one-off or would repeat, and roughly how often.
  • Any documentation requirements beyond what we already publish.
  • Your timing, so we can tell you honestly what is in stock now and what would need to wait for the next lot.

How it works after the enquiry

We reply with what is in stock, the price for that quantity, and the lot numbers that would ship, so you can look up the certificates before committing to anything. Payment and shipping work the same as a catalogue order — crypto payment, US shipping, next business day dispatch after the payment confirms; see how ordering works. Large orders may ship in more than one parcel.

Everything we supply is for laboratory research use only. Our full practice statement, including what we deliberately do not claim, is on the vendor information page.
